A site is only finished when the people who own it can update it without calling us. Too often the CMS is set up for the developer, not the editor, and everything reverts to email requests within a month.

We build the admin around how the team works. Labels and help text in Arabic, fields that match the real content, and roles so the right people can publish and others cannot.

Handover is deliberate. A short training session, written documentation and the repository transferred to you, so nothing lives only on our machines.

The measure of success is simple. A month after launch, the team is editing confidently and we are barely needed.
